Eight Form Moving Meditation: Facilitator’s Training

The Eight-Form Moving Meditation is a set of gentle, meditative exercises developed by the late Master Sheng Yen. Slow and easy-to-do, the movements help settle the body and mind for newcomers, beginners and experienced meditative practitioners.

Upcoming is a one-day training session to cultivate facilitators to introduce Eight-Form Moving Meditation to new groups and guide sessions. Led by Changxu Fashi, this training will cover:

  • The principle and foundation of Eight-Form Moving Meditation
  • Detailed explanations of the correct posture and proper movements.

Requirements: This is open to those regularly practising Eight-Form Moving Meditation.

Admission: Training is free, vegetarian lunch is by donation.
