Weekend Meditation Camp

"Stop, Revive, Survive"

Check-in for a relaxing weekend of insights and experience authentic Ch'an meditation guided by Venerable Guo Guang, Vice Dean of DDM Sangha Univerisity in Taiwan, on her maiden visit to Australia. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner, or just want to find out more about the benefits of meditation in daily life, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

During the ceremony a recorded speech given by Venerable Guo Jun about the meaning of Vesak will be played. Then we will all take turn to bath the Buddha and light candles to make our vows, followed by lunch.
